The traineeship in a nutshell

• A 2-year trainee programme starting in September 2025, with 3 completely different 8-month assignments in different departments/teams, allowing you to learn and grow.
• Your traineeship will take shape as we align our business challenges with your skills, interests, competencies, and knowledge. Flexibility is key!
• Dive into challenges, develop essential skills and build an invaluable network within & outside Luminus.
• After two years, you will choose a job that energises you and matches your developed expertise, interests and values.

• I graduated with a master's degree. 
• I am fluent in Dutch and/or French and English. 
• I am a starter or don’t have more than 2 years of work experience.
