Job description

As an Installer Network Manager, you are the driving force behind a strong, reliable and high-quality installer partner network across Belgium. You ensure that every heat pump sold by Luminus is installed by trusted professionals, delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting our ambition to build a CO₂-neutral energy future.

What you’ll do

  • You prospect, onboard and contract new installer partners by presenting the Luminus value proposition and negotiating win-win partnerships.

  • You animate and engage the existing installer network through regular contact, events, trainings and communication initiatives.

  • You ensure nationwide coverage and sufficient installation capacity, anticipating and compensating for partner exits or capacity gaps.

  • You monitor and enforce agreed SLAs, acting as the key coordination point between sales teams and installers and resolving operational issues or conflicts.

  • You collect, analyze and report on performance indicators such as quality, volumes and customer satisfaction via the installer dashboard.

  • You ensure a continuous feedback loop with internal stakeholders and propose concrete improvement actions based on partner feedback and complaints.

What you bring

  • You are naturally enthusiastic, service-oriented and strong in building trust-based relationships.

  • You are proactive, persuasive and comfortable working with SMEs, craftsmen or technical partners.

  • You are organized, rigorous and results-driven, with a strong reporting mindset.

  • You are pedagogical yet decisive, able to align partners while keeping standards high.

  • You are comfortable with digital tools such as CRM systems, Excel and MS Office.

  • You have experience in- and knowlege of the installation bussines.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
